What we keep

Host sign-in details, properties, calendar links, and the housekeeper names and mobiles a host adds. From booking calendars we keep only booking IDs and dates — never guest names, phone numbers or notes. Housekeeper invoice bank details are visible only to that housekeeper and the host they invoice, and either can delete them.

Job texts

Texts are job-related only — new cleans, changes and completion alerts. We never send marketing texts. Housekeepers only get texts once their host confirms they've agreed. Message wording isn't stored.

Opting out

Tap the "Stop texts" link in any text or on the job page and we will stop texting that number straight away.
